  32.     This is the Gnu GNATS send-pr program, which is used
  33.     for sending PRs (problem reports) about smail.
  34.     The advantage of using send-pr is that it prompts
  35.     you for, and organises, all the relevant information
  36.     which makes it much easier for PRs to be processed.
